PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a higher performance laminated capacitance element by more reducing an electrode resistance thereof. SOLUTION: The capacitance element 10 includes a first electrode 21, a second electrode 22, a third electrode 23, a fourth electrode 24, a first dielectric part 11, a second dielectric part 12, and a third dielectric part 13. In the capacitance element, the first electrode 21 and fourth electrode 24 are the electrodes to which a signal of one polarity is applied and the second electrode 22 and third electrode 23 are the electrodes to which the signal of the other polarity is applied. Also, the third electrode 23 is disposed at a position opposite to the second electrode 22. Further, the capacitance element has such a configuration that the first dielectric part 11 is disposed between the first electrode 21 and second electrode 22, the second dielectric part 12 is disposed between the second electrode 22 and third electrode 23, and the third dielectric part 13 is disposed between the third electrode 23 and fourth electrode 24.
