PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server management system for suppressing costs, and for preventing service level agreement (SLA) violation. SOLUTION: A server management system 1 automatically migrates a system that is likely to cause SLA(Service Level Agreement) violation among a plurality of systems configured of virtual machines, to a highly available environment based on information on a service level stored in a service level management table. Specifically, a cluster is configured by adding a virtual machine to physical servers 10 and 20 when the system can be redundantly configured, and the system is migrated to an FT server 30 if not so. After the end of the calculation unit period of the SLA, the system migrated to the FT server 30 or the redundantly configured system is restored to the original single configuration system.
