PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame structure with the heat insulation and safety performance of a window system, wherein the strength thereof is improved while the heat insulation and safety performance of a frame installed in the window system is provided, and construction, secrecy and watertightness of the window system is also improved. SOLUTION: A supporting rod 11, which is separately manufactured, is joined to the front end of the frame 100 or body 10. Guiding grooves 11b, 11b' are each formed in the front and rear end of the flange 11a of the supporting rod 11. Guiding rods 21a, 21a', which can be slidably connected to the guiding grooves 11b, 11b', join heat insulating members 21 installed in a protruding manner so as to be slidably connected to the front end of the frame 100 or body 10. A rounding process is executed on the corner portions 31, 31' at the rear end of the frame 100 or body 10, in which reinforcing materials 32, 32' are formed.
