PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeder of an alkaline washing liquid that can be connected with a universal dishwasher under the condition of no piping work or almost no piping work to electrolytically-generated alkaline water so that strongly-alkaline electrolytically-generated alkaline water is supplied as an alkaline washing liquid into the dishwasher from the feeder of the alkaline washing liquid. SOLUTION: A feeder 10 of an alkaline washing liquid includes a diaphragmed cell 11, a water storage tank 12 that stores electrolytically-generated alkaline water produced in the negative pole side electrolytic chamber of the diaphragmed cell 11, and water supply pipeline connected with the water storage tank 12 and a detergent supply pipeline in the dishwasher so that the electrolytically-generated alkaline water is supplied into the dishwasher out of the water storage tank 12 by a detergent supply pump the dishwasher has.
