PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facsimile machine 1 or a program which, when automatically setting use limit information for a facsimile reception document received by the facsimile machine 1, perform settings more promptly than the case where the use limit information is to be set in accordance with similarity of text information. SOLUTION: Information on correspondence relationship between transmission source numbers and reception numbers of facsimile reception documents and use limit information is prestored in a first storage means 12. A first registration means 11 acquires from the first storage means 12 the use limit information corresponding to a transmission source number and a reception number of a facsimile reception document acquired by an acquisition means 10 and registers a correspondence relationship between the use limit information and the facsimile reception document into a second storage means 14.
