The method involves connecting a vehicle (1) with a charging station (10) by a charging connection for energy transmission and by a connection for communication. The vehicle is connected with an authorizing instance (20). An evaluation device (18) of the charging station receives a load authorization that is transmitted from the vehicle. The available energy quantity is limited by a delimitation device (14) in dependence of the received load authorization. An independent claim is also included for a system for supplying of energy to electric vehicles.
