PURPOSE: A shop management system is provided to process all services of a shop by a wireless network. CONSTITUTION: A host controller(20) transmits order information of each wireless order terminal to a central information processing unit(40). The host controller transmits corresponding information to a wireless information terminal(30) by a control signal of the central information processing unit. A wireless order terminal(10) displays an order. The wireless information terminal displays customer order information to an operator. The wireless information terminal transmits contact details of the operator to the wireless order terminal or the host controller.
