APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING THERMOPLASTIC RESIN SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing a thermoplastic resin sheet having no wrinkle without causing whitening of the thermoplastic resin sheet.

SOLUTION: The apparatus 10 for manufacturing the thermoplastic resin sheet includes a supplying die 11 for continuously supplying a thermoplastic resin material 20, a cooling roll 12 provided below the supplying die 11, a touch roll 13 for pinching the thermoplastic resin material 20 at a pinching part 14 between the touch roll 13 and the cooling roll 12 and an air jetting apparatus 15 for blowing air F to the thermoplastic resin material 20 or the touch roll 13 from a touch roll side. The touch roll 13 has a surface layer 13a made of an elastic body and the air jetting apparatus 15 has an air jetting port 15a for jetting air F. The air F from the air jetting port 15a is blown toward an air jetting region 16 located from one end 16a on the thermoplastic resin material 20 to another end 16b on the surface layer 13a of the touch roll 13.
