<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder magnetic core of superior mechanical strength, capable of enhancing a strength of a molding, and capable of preventing the molding from being damaged when transported to an annealing process. <P>SOLUTION: A mixing process is constituted to mix the first amorphous soft magnetic alloy powder having 30-100 μm of average particle size, the second amorphous soft magnetic alloy powder having 1-15 μm of average particle size, zinc stearate as a lubricating resin, and low-melting point glass of which the softening point is a crystallization temperature or less of each amorphous soft magnetic alloy powder. A mixture through the mixing process is coated by 0.75-2.0 wt.% of methyl phenyl silicone, in a coating process. The molding is manufactured by pressure-molding the mixture through the mixing process in a molding die at 25-200°C, in a molding process. The molding through the molding process is annealed to manufacture the powder magnetic core, in the annealing process. The methyl phenyl silicone is mixed as a binding insulating resin, a silica layer is thereby formed on a surface of each amorphous soft magnetic alloy powder, and the silica layer binds powders, acting as a binder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
