PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric ceramic having a high moisture resistance, a method for manufacturing the same and a multilayer ceramic capacitor using the dielectric ceramic.

SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the ceramic capacitor includes a step of preparing a first raw material powder including the powder of the dielectric ceramic component, a step of preparing a second raw material powder including a compound containing an alkali metal element, a step of forming a molded article by molding the first raw material and the second raw material, and a step of simultaneously firing the molding and a composition containing an alkali metal element.
