<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foldable nesting rack which does not obstruct stacking, and improves transport efficiency and storage efficiency by reducing space occupied during non-use time, and reduces transport and storage costs. <P>SOLUTION: In the nesting rack 10, a top frame 11, one side frame 12, the other side frame 13, and a back frame 14 are square frames, respectively, and the individual square frames are connected to each other, and are formed into a square box whose front and bottom sections are opened. The top frame 11 is foldable into the side frame 13 by releasing connection with the side frame 12. The side frame 12 is foldable into the back frame 14.
