<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow various controls with even a small touch panel. <P>SOLUTION: Acceleration sensors (12X, 12Y, and 12Z) detect accelerations in directions of an X axis, a Y axis, and a Z axis of an information browser body respectively. An acceleration detection circuit (14) calculates a moving direction and an acceleration of the information browser body from the detected accelerations of the acceleration sensors (12X, 12Y, and 12Z) and supplies the calculation result to a system control circuit (16). An input detection circuit (22) detects an input position (touch position), an input amount, and an input direction of a touch panel (20) and supplies the detection result to the system control circuit (16).
