<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip compressor in which a compression chamber is easily opened and closed by a cover member. <P>SOLUTION: The chip compressor 2 includes the compression chamber 14, a piston and the cover member 20 having a cover surface 34. The compression chamber 14 extends in one direction and a front end of the one direction is opened. The piston is formed so as to slide in the compression chamber 14 along the one direction. The cover member 20 is movable in the other direction intersecting the one direction. The cover member 20 moves to the other direction and the cover surface 34 is movable between a position for closing the opening of the compression chamber 14 and a position for opening the opening of the compression chamber 14. The cover surface 34 is inclined to the other direction. When the cover member 20 is moved so as to open an opening of the compression chamber 14 from a position for closing the opening, the cover surface 34 is inclined so as to form a clearance between an end face 35 of the opening and the cover surface 34 of the compression chamber 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
