<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a crowded desktop space makes it difficult to operate computers on a desktop while spreading reference documents, whereby the recent introduction of the computers to each business operation makes it difficult to secure a space for placing necessary reference documents or the like during operation since the desktop is occupied by such a device, or the desktop space which has been available before the introduction of these apparatuses is almost occupied by a desktop computer or a notebook computer at present. <P>SOLUTION: Although it is said that the introduction of the computers promotes paperless, printed matters, copies or printed or handwritten paper materials are frequently referred in practice to perform daily computer operations.
