<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shake correction device capable of satisfactorily correcting a shake. <P>SOLUTION: The shake correction device includes: a first detection part (10) that detects the shake of a device and outputs a first detection signal; a vibration part (91) that vibrates to correct the blur of an image by an optical system; a second detection part (20) that detects the state of the vibration part and outputs a second detection signal; a first controller (30) that includes a target signal generation part (31) generating a target signal for controlling the vibration part to a target position by using the first detection signal, and a bias signal generation part (32) generating a bias signal for controlling the vibration part to hardly separate from the center of control by using the second detection signal, generates a first control signal by using the target signal and the bias signal and controls the vibration part; an imaging part (92) that can correct the blur of the image by the optical system; and a second controller (60) that generates a second control signal by using the bias signal and controls the imaging part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
