<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a carbon nanotube film. <P>SOLUTION: This method of manufacturing a carbon nanotube film includes a first step in which a carbon nanotube array including a plurality of carbon nanotubes arranged perpendicularly is grown, a second step in which at least two groove portions arranged in parallel with a distance on the surface on the opposite side of the surface contacting the substitute of the carbon nanotube array are formed, a third step in which the end of the plurality of the carbon nanotubes between the neighboring groove portions of the carbon nanotube array is fixed to a drawing unit and a fourth step in which at least a sheet of carbon nanotube film is obtained by detaching the plurality of the carbon nanotubes from the carbon nanotube array by moving the drawing unit along the direction of the length of the groove portions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
