PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify data input operation in a data input system using a digital pen.

SOLUTION: A data input sheet generation device 10 of this data input sheet processing system 1 obtains position information corresponding to identification information from correspondence information indicating a combination between positions of check columns corresponding to the identification information of a data input sheet 4, makes an identification information area 41 in a state in which only the check columns are clearly indicated, and outputs the data input sheet 4. The digital pen 20 transmits a dot pattern of a track handwritten on the data input sheet 4 to a data input sheet processor 30. The data input sheet processor 30 performs recognition processing of the received dot pattern, acquires the identification information according with the position of the check column marked by the digital pen 20 based on the correspondence information, associates the identification information to input data performed with identification processing, and holds it.
