<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition for a high damping laminate excellent in workability, which attains a high damping laminate having a high damping property and an excellent shear modulus, and a high damping laminate prepared using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The rubber composition for a high damping laminate includes 100 pts.mass of a crosslinkable rubber component, 10-60 pts.mass of an inorganic filler having a silanol group and 0.1-30 pts.mass of a polylactic acid-based resin.
