PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact device with down-sizing and assembling improvement aimed at. SOLUTION: A movable contact 2 has a base part 21 and a contact part 22 rising from one end of the base part 21. A holder 3 includes a first holding part 31a for holding the base part 21 by contacting with a reverse side face in the rising direction of the base part 21 of the movable contact 2, a second holding part 33a for holding the base part 21 by contacting with a face in the rising direction side in an end part of a side parting from the contact part 22 of the base part 21, and a falling-off prevention part 34a which is arranged parting from the base part 21 on the rising direction side of the end part on the contact part 22 side of the base part 21 and prevents the moving contact 2 from falling off out of the holder 3.
