PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper device equipped with a cylinder body and a piston body with a simple structure. SOLUTION: The cylinder body 1 is divided into a first chamber 11 divided from an external part by a cap body 3, and a second chamber 12 held in the piston body 2, by a bulkhead 10. A channel 10a providing communication between the first chamber 11 and the second chamber 12 is formed on the bulkhead 10 and a shaft part 14 projects to the first chamber 11 side from the bulkhead 10. The cap body 3 is provided with a through-hole 30 and can move in an axial line x direction of the cylinder body 1 form a reference position with the shaft part 14 passing through the through-hole 30. A restriction structure changing a clearance y between the through-hole 30 and the shaft part 14 when the cap body 3 moves from the reference position by pressure change caused by movement or relative movement of the piston body 2 is provided.
