PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of displaying an image or the like by means of bubbles and light. SOLUTION: The light emission unit 10 has a thin and long transparent container 11 which stores water 51 and a light emission bubbling unit 20 attached to a base part plate 13 of the container 11. The light emission bubbling unit 20 includes a plurality of LEDs 30 arranged so as to run along the inner surface of side walls 12a to 12c of the container 11 and a plurality of nozzles 28 for releasing gas arranged on the inside of the plurality of LEDs 30. A display device 1 capable of displaying an image and information with bubbles 52 and illumination light 35 is provided by arranging a plurality of light emission units 10 side by side such that containers 11 adjoin each other to constitute a wall-like light emission block 5.
