PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide vehicle control software, reducing the frequency of data conversion processing to improve processing performance, increasing processing efficiency, and maintaining synchronism of control data, in real-time vehicle control software requiring conversion of data format. SOLUTION: This vehicle control software includes: control data as information for controlling a vehicle; a public side software component as a software component for publishing the control data; a reference side software component as a software component for referring to the control data; and data conversion software for converting the data format in transfer of the control data between the public side software component and the reference side software component. Activation of the data conversion software is requested at predetermined timing, the public side software component is requested to refer to the data, and the acquired control data is converted into the data format to be referred to by the reference side software component.
