PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide conductive particles capable of enhancing conduction reliability between electrodes in case of electrically connecting electrodes. SOLUTION: The conductive particle 1 includes: a polymer particle 2; and a conductive layer 3 coating the surface 2a of the polymer particle 2 and having a plurality of protrusions 3b on its surface 3a.
