The present invention discloses a method and device for generating codebook. The method comprises: receiving grouping information about multi-antenna of the base station; obtaining channel model of the channel which is between the mobile terminal and the base station; according to the grouping information and the channel model, determining optimum precoding matrix which corresponds to each antenna grouping so as to construct codebook for precoding. A method and device for selecting precoding matrix, a method, device and system for precoding are also disclosed in the present invention.
