When a creator performs an input indicating a wish to create a content (S30), a target viewpoint information acquisition unit acquires the change over time of target viewpoint coordinates (S32). A correction method specification unit specifies a method for correcting the viewpoint coordinates, which is to be carried out in a device for executing the content, on the basis of identification information relating to the device, the identification information being inputted by the creator in S30 (S34). A scenario data generation unit derives a generation expression for scenario data from the specified method for correcting the viewpoint coordinates (S36). On the basis of data relating to the change over time of the target viewpoint coordinates acquired in S32, viewpoint coordinates to be set in the scenario data for each point in time are calculated using the generation expression derived in S36 (S38).
