PURPOSE: An electronic flowmeter for controlling the amount of oil consumption is provided to accurately measure the flow rate by detecting the rotation of a permanent magnet attached to a rotor using a magneto-resistive sensor. CONSTITUTION: An electronic flowmeter for controlling the amount of oil consumption comprises a central control part(10), a flow rate measuring part(14), an information input part(11), an information output part(12), and a display part(30). The flow rate measuring part measures the total flow rate and instantaneous flow rate of oil discharged from a fuel tank(T) and transmits the measured flow rates to the central control part. The information input part is input the fuel amount information of the fuel tank through a communication unit(13) and transmits the information to the central control part. The information output part outputs the fuel amount information to a control server(300) through the communication unit under the control of the central control part. The display part shows the total flow rate, the instantaneous flow rate, and fuel amount information.
