<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus which can eliminate discontinuity of images and reduce a circuit scale, and an image processing method. <P>SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus includes: an image shaping part 102 which successively receives image data of a plurality of divided areas obtained by dividing one image and adds image data included in the one divided area and present in the vicinity of a boundary between the one area and an adjacent divided area, to image data of the adjacent divided area to generate image data of a shaped divided area; and an image processing part 104 which successively receives image data of a plurality of shaped divided areas and successively performs image processing of the image data of shaped divided areas. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
