<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noncontact type information terminal generating a negative power voltage based on electromagnetic waves received via an antenna, and appropriately driving a mounted depression type FET. <P>SOLUTION: A radio tag device Tag has an internal circuit formed with depression type FETs, is thereby configured to extract a negative voltage along with a positive voltage from energy of a magnetic field generated by a reader/writer, and appropriately drives each depression type FET based on the extracted positive and negative voltages. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
