PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an increase in contact resistance and limit an extension percentage of a terminal fitting. SOLUTION: A crimped electric wire with a terminal includes: an electric wire 14 having a core wire 15 made of aluminum or aluminum alloy; and a terminal fitting 10 having an electric wire-crimping part 12 for crimping the core wire 15 partly exposed from part of the electric wire 14. Assuming that a value obtained by dividing the height H of the electric wire-crimping part 12 by the width W thereof after crimping of the electric wire-crimping part is set to a height-width ratio (H/W), and the value obtained by dividing the gross cross-sectional area S1 of the core wire 15 after crimping of the electric wire-crimping part 12 by the gross cross-sectional area S2 of the core wire 15 before crimping of the electric wire-crimping part 12 is set to a compression ratio S1/S2, the height-width ratio is set to 0.5 or more and 0.6 or less and the compression ratio is set to 55% or more and 65% or less.
