Power consumed at that time is the product of a difference between the driving signals (OUT) and a common electrode voltage (Vcom) and a charge/discharge current (I) or the product of a difference between the common electrode voltage (Vcom) and the driving signals (OUT) and the charge/discharge current (I), and the power consumption is reduced compared to the case that the source of a transistor 12 is connected to a low voltage (Vss) or the case that the source of a transistor 11 is connected to a high voltage (Vdd). Also, since it is not needed to switch the output of a differential stage circuit 102 corresponding to the polarity of the driving signals (OUT), the decline of the accuracy of the driving voltage due to such switching is not caused.
