PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column chromatograph device for easily impregnating a specimen liquid into a filler even where its viscosity is high, and further, for easily recovering the liquid remaining in the filler after the specimen liquid is put therethrough. SOLUTION: This column chromatograph device is equipped with: a column 10 equipped with a hollow body 11 fillable with the filler 12, an inlet 13 positioned on an upper end of the hollow body 11 for inletting thereinto the specimen liquid S and a developing solvent DS, and a liquid outlet 14 positioned on a lower end of the hollow body 11 for therefrom letting out the liquid; and a liquid recovery device 20 for receiving the liquid flowing out from the liquid outlet 14 in the column. The recovery device 20 is equipped with: a liquid recovery container 30; and a connector 40 connecting the recovery container 30 to the liquid outlet 14 in a liquid communicating state. The connector 40 is equipped with: a connector body 41 comprising a flow part 42 for letting the liquid flow therethrough; and a vacuum suction means 50 for depressurizing the interior of the connector body 41 and that of the column 10.
