PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a transport roller for achieving a high feeding accuracy, the transport roller, and a transport device, and to provide a printing device. SOLUTION: The method of the transport roller includes: a step of performing mold rejector so that a metal plate arranged on a female pattern is made to be a predetermined shape by pressing a male pattern arranged on a top surface (C2) of the metal plate; and a bending step of cylindrically forming the transport roller by press working so that the surface (C2), where the male pattern of the metal plate with the mold rejector is arranged, becomes an outer circumference surface.
