PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable us to easily manufacture a screw of securely preventing it from being loosen. SOLUTION: The screw is sized to provide a guide 4 which projects up to a point rather than a back surface of a head 3 of the screw around a peripheral direction whole circumference of the head 3 of the screw or at two or more places and to be capable of covering inner diameter of the guide 4 around the outer periphery of a washer. The screw is configured so as to continuously form two or more pointed protuberances 2 of the head capable of engaging with a protuberance of the washer on the back surface of the head 3 of the screw in the peripheral direction. The screw is configured so as to set the washer inside the guide 4 of the screw. The screw is configured so as to use the washer which is provided on the surface of the washer with a pointed protuberance of the washer capable of engaging with the protuberance 2 of the head of back surface of the head 3 of the screw. The screw is also configured so as to use the washer which is provided on the back surface of the washer with a biting protuberance and a recessed portion into which a build-up wall of a tightened body can enter. The screw is further configured so as to use the washer formed in a place where the biting protuberance is in the back surface of the washer and where no protuberance of the washer of washer surface exists.
