PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical retractor for use in lifting the organ of the body of a patient during minimally invasive surgery (MIS) using laparoscopic instruments. SOLUTION: The surgical retractor, capable of preventing the organ of the human body from being damaged when lifting the organ of the human body positioned above a surgical area in the body of the patient, includes a support body having a plurality of support members inserted below the organ of the human body positioned above the surgical area in the body of the patient to lift and support the organ of the human body, and fastened around a joint; a protective film member connected to the support body to cover an area between the support members and surrounding and protecting the lower surface of the organ of the human body; and a fastening-fixing part fastened to the support body to lift and fix the organ of the human body in an upward direction.
