PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination cooler box and table with a top plate, by which the user can really enjoy meals brought in the cooler box without worrying about dust, bacteria, or the like, when eating in a picnic or a park. SOLUTION: In the combination cooler box and table with a top plate, a foldable top plate composed of two butterfly-shaped plates is provided on the cooler box and that turning the top plate 90°to quickly change the cooler box into a wide stabilized table.
