PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separable ratchet buckle with a detachable pull portion. SOLUTION: The ratchet buckle is composed of a latch portion and the pull portion. The latch portion and the pull portion are connected to each other by a connecting rod. When the pull portion is operated, the pull portion is fitted into a latch of the latch portion and rotated, and the connecting rod is rotated in one direction to tighten a belt to be wound onto the connecting rod. The pull portion has a pressing function, and the latch portion is not rotated even if the pull portion is operated by pressing the pull portion.
