PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To customize an application screen by using state information of the application screen as a determination condition without modifying an application body. SOLUTION: A customization apparatus for customizing a communication message having information indicating an application screen and transmitting the customized communication message to a terminal apparatus 44 includes: a communication part 45 for transmitting/receiving the communication message; a condition definition storage part 46 for storing extraction condition definition for specifying an extraction target and extraction contents for the state information of the application screen and customization condition definition for specifying an execution condition and execution contents of customization; a state extraction part 47 for extracting state information from the communication message on the basis of the extraction condition definition; a state information storage part 48 for accumulating and storing the extracted state information; and a customization part 49 for applying customization for changing a screen display to the communication message on the basis of the customization condition definition and the corresponding state information.
