The present invention relates to an environmental stress-inducible promoter derived from Oryza sativa, to a recombinant plant expression vector comprising said promoter, to a method for producing a target protein using said recombinant plant expression vector, to a method for preparing a transformed plant using said recombinant plant expression vector, to a transformed plant prepared by the method, and to a method for improving the resistance of a plant against environmental stresses using said promoter.
