摘要 <p>Disclosed is an unfired carbon-containing agglomerate for blast furnaces that has a carbon content (T.C) in the range of 18 to 25 mass% and a porosity in the range of 20 to 30%. Also disclosed is a production method for the unfired carbon-containing agglomerate for blast furnaces that is provided with a molded body formation process for obtaining a molded body by mixing and kneading iron-containing materials, carbon-containing materials, and a binder, and molding the kneaded mixture; and a process for obtaining the unfired carbon-containing agglomerate by subsequently curing the aforementioned molded body. In the aforementioned molded body formation process, one or more combination conditions selected from a group comprising the starting material water content, the starting material particle size, the amount of fine powder coke, the combination quantity of high crystal water ore, and the combination quantity of the binder are adjusted in a manner such that the carbon content (T.C) in the aforementioned unfired carbon-containing agglomerate is in the range of 18 to 25 mass% and the porosity becomes in the range of 20 to 30%.</p>
