The pump piston is indirectly supported over a supporting element and a roller at the cam or eccentric cam of the drive shaft so that the supporting element and the roller have surfaces (4). The partial area of the surface has recesses (5) used as lubricant reservoir, which are homogenously formed and regularly arranged.
