PURPOSE: Nanodevices are provided to ensure high sensitivity due to wider surface per unit volume than bulk, film, nanowires and fast response time due to reduced dimensionality between electrodes. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a nano device comprises the steps of: (S100) preparing a substrate; (S200) patterning two or more electrodes separated by nanogap on a substrate; (S300) providing suspension including semiconductor nanoparticles to the atmosphere of electrodes; and (S400) applying an AC field to the electrodes and arranging the semiconductor nanoparticles in the suspension to the nanogap between electrodes to form a nano particle bridge.
