摘要 PURPOSE: A surface acoustic wave gyroscope using progressive wave and an angular velocity measurement method are provided to simplify the structure by omitting a voltage-controlled oscillator for driving a separate resonator drive. CONSTITUTION: A surface acoustic wave gyroscope using progressive wave comprises a surface acoustic wave sensing oscillator(110), a surface acoustic wave reference oscillator(120), a barrier(130), and a measuring circuit part. The surface acoustic wave sensing oscillator generates the progressive wave, the first surface acoustic wave. The surface acoustic wave reference oscillator produces the progressive wave, a third surface acoustic wave.
