<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of precisely evaluating transfer and re-transfer of dyes from a coloring material layer to a heat-resistance resin layer in a wound state of a heat transfer sheet including a transfer coloring material layer an image of which is formed by transfer by heat. <P>SOLUTION: By the method of evaluating transfer properties of dyes transferred from a coloring material layer to the surface of a heat-resistance resin layer in a wound state of the heat transfer sheet in the heat transfer sheet including a coloring material layer including dyes that are transferred to the uppermost surface of one surface of a base material film by heat and the heat-resistance resin layer on the uppermost surface of the other surface of the base material film, a value (ΔA) is obtained, where the value is obtained by subtracting absorbance in a specific wavelength range of solution extracted from the surface of the heat-resistance resin layer not abutting on the coloring material layer by a solvent from absorbance in the specific wavelength range of solution extracted from the surface of the heat-resistance resin layer by the solvent after abutting on the coloring material layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
