<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the entire scale-up of a rotation detector by decreasing the number of constituents of the rotation detector. <P>SOLUTION: A motor 1 includes a rotation detector 11 including a detection rotor 12 and a detection stator 13 placed to face the detection rotor 12. The motor 1 further includes a motor case 2 and a motor shaft 5 protruding out of the motor case 2. The detection rotor 12 is fixed to an end of the motor shaft 5. The detection rotor 12 includes a plate 31 and a coil provided on the plate 31. The plate 31 is fixed to the end of the motor shaft 5. Specifically, the motor shaft 5 includes an opening 5a in the end. The plate 31 has a circular disk shape and a cylindrical part 31a protruding in the center from the back side on the center thereof. The cylindrical part 31a is press-fitted in the opening 5a of the motor shaft 5, thereby fixing the plate 31 to the end of the motor shaft 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
