<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a 3D display video format suitable for the 3D display of a subtitle and a menu button. <P>SOLUTION: Subtitle data used for 2D display of the subtitle and menu data used for 2D display of the menu button are recorded in a disk 11. An offset information database in which pieces of offset information on the subtitle data and the menu data constituted of offset directions indicating displacement directions of left-eye and right-eye images used for 3D display relative to images used for 2D display and offset values indicating displacing amounts are described in correspondence with reproduction times of the subtitle data and the menu data is recorded in the disk 11.
