<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overcurrent protective device for an electronic apparatus, a power supply cut-off control method thereof, and a program, capable of accurately and quickly detecting an overcurrent in the current supplied from a power source to a load and protecting the load effectively from the overcurrent. <P>SOLUTION: A timer circuit 13 outputs an overcurrent detection signal when a timer time lapses under the condition that the current supplied from a power supply 11 to an electronic apparatus internal circuit 20 does not fall below a reference value after exceeding the value. A cut-off switch 14 that receives the overcurrent detection signal cuts off the output of the power supply 11. A timer time variable setting circuit 15 specifies a duration of the timer time that corresponds to the current value at the time when the current exceeds the reference value.
