<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC-DC converter circuit enabling quick mode switching, and further reduction in conduction loss by semiconductor elements than conventional circuit, thereby improving power conversion efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The DC-DC converter circuit 10 includes semiconductor switches S1, S2 and S4-S6; a diode D3 and an inductor L wherein all of the semiconductor switches S1, S2 and the diode D3 are connected to one end of the inductor L; all of the semiconductor switches S4-S6 are connected to the other end of the inductor L; a first voltage source E1 is connected to ends at the opposite sides of the connecting ends at which the semiconductor switches S1, S4 are connected to the inductor L; a second voltage source E2 is connected to ends at the opposite sides of the connecting ends at which the semiconductor switches S2, S5 are connected to the inductor L; and both the first voltage source E1 and the second voltage source E2 are connected to ends at the opposite sides of the connecting ends at which the diode D3 and the semiconductor switch S6 are connected to the inductor L. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
