<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condensed cyclic compound capable of achieving a lower driving voltage, a higher electric current density, higher efficiency, higher quantum efficiency, and higher luminance, and an organic light emitting element. <P>SOLUTION: The condensed cyclic compound includes a structure represented by formula 1.
