<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a membrane type air diffusion device capable of preventing the propagation of cracking. <P>SOLUTION: The first and the second slits 8 and 9 are formed at an air diffusion membrane 3. The first slits 8 are holes long in the longitudinal direction A of the air diffusion membrane 3; and the second slits 9 are holes long in the short-side direction B of the air diffusion membrane 3, and also, they are formed in the position next to at least one side of the first slits 8 in the longitudinal direction A. At the time of air diffusion, the air diffusion membrane 3 swells in a mountain shape as viewed from the longitudinal direction A by the pressure of the air supplied to the air diffusion membrane 3, and the first slits 8 open in the short-side direction B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
