<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose an energy saving system of a building capable of allowing an operation of a facility machine by preference or convenience of a human in the building, and yet, naturally guiding it toward an energy saving direction while directly controlling the facility machine in the building. <P>SOLUTION: In the energy saving system of the building, an output of an environment measurement sensor inside and outside the building is received and stored in a storage means, a control target value for energy saving of building facilities is set based on a measurement result of an environmental condition, a temporary target value is set based on the environmental condition and a man-made operation when the man-made operation to the building facilities is detected, and the building facilities are controlled based on the temporary target value. Moreover, the temporary target value is substantially in accordance with a value set by the man-made operation in a stage in which the man-made operation is detected, and then, approximated to the control target value as time advances. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
